MMT (Modern Money Theory) explained as a foundation of justice

I seldom come across something that's so essential to read as this. The link is to a terrific summary of the school of economics called "Modern Money Theory" (AKA "MMT") and the consequence of applying it to social justice.

All too often, we're ready, and even willing, to do the right thing, but believe we're unable. "We just can't afford it..." is the default excuse for omitting good public policy. MMT removes that excuse.

It's certainly got some idealism, but more importantly, it's got the information that must be widespread before any democratic movement is possible.
